3. Who can read the digital edition?

Only paid digital or “all access” subscribers (those who receive both print and digital formats) may read the complete digital issue. If you are not a subscriber, you may preview a limited number of pages.

4. How do I access the digital edition?

When you subscribed, you provided your email address, which serves as your username) and created a password that allows you to access your digital subscription. We’ll send you an email alert with a hyperlink to the new issue when it’s released. You’ll also find a link to the current issue on the home page of this website. Just follow the screen prompts and enter your email and password.

5. What if I have trouble logging in?

If we don’t have your e-mail address on file, or if the computer doesn’t recognize your e-mail address, contact our subscriber service department at 888-881-5861 or email mailto:nailitsubs@pfsmag.com. We’ll be happy to help you activate your digital subscription.

6. If I already have a print subscription, can I switch to digital or to "all access"?

Yes! Just call subscriber service at 888-881-5861, if you already have a print subscription, but would like to switch to digital only, OR if you would like to upgrade your subscription so you receive both print and digital formats ("all access").

7. Is there an app for my iPad or Android or Kindle tablet?

While you can read the digital edition through any device that supports an internet browser, you’ll find the app provides a superior reading experience on your mobile devices. Even though the apps are free (they’re just the program that allows you to read your issues on your mobile device), you’ll still need a paid subscription to access your digital issues.

  • Apple/iPAD/iPhone: Download the free app from the Apple Store, then log in with your email and password if you already have a subscription. If you don’t already have a subscription, then follow the prompts in the app to subscribe or purchase a single issue through the Apple Store.
  • Kindle: Download the free app from the Kindle Newsstand, then log in with your email and password if you already have a subscription. If you don’t already have a subscription, then follow the prompts in the app to purchase a subscription through Amazon.
  • Android Tablet: Download the free app from the Google Play Store, then log in with your email and password if you already have a subscription. If you don’t already have a subscription, then follow the prompts in the app to purchase a subscription through the Store.

8. How long will I have access to my purchased issues?

Once issues are purchased, you will be able to access those specific issues indefinitely, even if you choose not to renew your subscription or purchase future issues.

 

9. How do I give a gift subscription to NAIL IT!

You can order a gift subscription online—we’ll send your friend or family member a gift card announcing your thoughtful gesture.

10.  When will my subscription begin?

The first issue of your subscription is sent to you within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of your order. Occasionally we make an error, or postal service delays may slightly increase this time. Contact our customer service department at Nailitsubs@pfsmag.com if you believe there’s a problem.

11.  How do I find my subscription account number?

Your account number is printed on the mailing label of your magazine above your name. You can also use your email address to access your account online.

12.  How can I update my change my mailing address or update my email?

Use the “Manage Your Subscription” link to update both your mailing address AND your email address. Or email Customer Service. Be sure to include both your old and new emails and/or mailing addresses.

13.  How do I stop unwanted email from NAIL IT! or DC Communications?

Every email communication from NAIL IT! or its parent company DC Communications, Inc. has a simple one-step opt-out link in the footer area. You may also update your preferences online.

14.  Why does it take so long to get my first issue?

NAIL IT! is published every two months. Only a limited number of copies are printed. Once these copies are mailed, new subscribers must wait for the next issue.

15. What if I don’t receive an issue?

Occasionally, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If your magazine doesn’t arrive, or if it arrives damaged, email our Customer Service Department. Be sure to include your mailing address, phone and email. We’ll be happy to replace your missing or damaged issue or extend your subscription.

16.  How do I renew my subscription to NAIL IT!?

Easy! Visit the "Manage Your Subscription" page on our web site.  Also, we will send a series of reminders via mail and email asking for your renewal instructions. The earlier you respond, the less chance you run of missing an issue.

17.  Do you put my name or email address on other mailing lists?

If you supply us with your email address, NAIL IT! will use it to send you special subscription offers or other information about your subscription. We may also use your email address to advise you about other products, magazines and events from NAIL IT! or its parent company DC Communications.  If you don’t want to receive email from NAIL IT!, please update your preferences via our "Manage Your Subscription" link.

Email: NAIL IT! may also send you advertising email messages from time to time on behalf of selected industry partners. Many of our subscribers find this a valuable and timesaving service.
